strange behaviour after update

firstly it takes about 3 attempts of clicking add to basket before something shows and then there are 3 or items in there instead of one.
on the checkout page i get this message

i have checked my shipping methods and they cover items up to 4000g

i have checked the weights of the products and they are fine. what could be causing this please?

the problem is back again

the manual shipping zones are set with the united kingdom zone and the prices and weights are also set

please help as i am totally stuck here!

when i go to hikashop > zones and then choose shipping in the drop down on the right i get nothing displayed..... should there not be United Kindom there?

i only ship to UK at present.
this was all fin up until the last update! please help

Ok, but :
1. If you are only shipping to UK, you should use the zone option of your shipping "restrictions" tab through you shipping configuration screen, and not through "Hikashop->Zone"

2. You are probably having these error message because your order weight is too high for all of your shipping methods. You should unset the "Maximum weight" value of one of your shipping methods and test it again.

in System > shipping methods... that just lists my shipping methods. each one has zone 222 United Kingdom selected

i get the error message after adding just one item!

if you mean unset the maximum weight value of my highest shipping method then i did that and no joy.

what am i doing wrong please??

1. I checked you previous screenshot and didn't saw any zone restriction, you can use it through the "zone" option of the "Hikashop->System->Shipping methods->'Your Shipping Method'" page.
2. Did you followed each step of the FAQ (shipping section) ?
3. I can maybe check your configuration if you want to, you'll just have to send me a temporary access to your back-end through a private message.

I've done some tests and I think that the problem was only coming from the fact that you have set the unit of the "Minimum/Minimum weight" options to Kg and not g .

You did that through the 1001-1250g, your shipping configuration seems to be good now .
