Discount for xxx quantity

I have a shop where products are priced $x.xx for one, $x.xx for 3+, etc. Many of the products have multiple variations (usually colors).

What would be nice is for, on the product screen, to be able to choose, say, 2 Black/Red, 5 White/Black and 8 Black/White, and add them to the cart without HS making you leave the product page. Then the order would be a total of 15 units, which would then give the 10+ rate. I know that, when you look at the cart, the rate is updated, but I'm frustrated by being forced to leave the product page and having to return. With some products having 10-15 color combos, this will also annoy customers ordering multiple color combos. Many sites have an add to cart which ONLY does that. Is this an option in HS?

Do I have to specify a "Continue shopping" image for a continue shopping to show anywhere? I can't get it to show right now.

I think that that this can be possible without some Hikashop code modifications, but you should probably don't redirect your customer to a different page after that he have added the product in his cart (you'll have to change the value of the "After a product is added to the cart" option through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->'Main'->'Cart'", then he'll be able to add several variant of your product and proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "proceed to the checkout" button.

Ahhhh thank you. Didn't see that option. That fixes the first issue.

What about the continue shopping button please? Is that invisible till I add an image? Or is there a default image that would display when needed?

To have this button displayed, you just have to enter an url in the field "Continue shopping button's URL", you can find this option via the menu Configuration > Checkout > Checkout tab.

Is there a reason this is not enabled at the outset. IMHO, I would think this would be wanted more often than it isn't wanted? Are there any size guidelines for the button?

Sorry, my misunderstanding of the field in Configuration. It is labelled "Continue shopping button's URL" which I read to be asking for the URL to the button image rather than where HS should redirect the visitor to if they clicked the Continue Shopping button.
