URGENT new user can't register anymore!

-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.shop.epower.jp
-- HikaShop version -- : Business: 2.2.1
-- Joomla version -- :Joomla! 2.5.13
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : the subscription is restricted to logged in user

URGENT
I need help as the new user registration does not work.
when a new user dose register the following message pops up.



The new user gets into joomla user managment, but does not get the mail for confirmation. Only the Joomla informations get saved, all other informnatations like address and so on in Hikashop are not saved.



I dont know what changed but until now the registration was never an issue.

Hi,

This message don't come from HikaShop, it come from Acymailing.
That want not say that it's Acymailing which cause the problem, you have maybe enabled a plugin or component recently which is changing the way the customer registers.

Thanks for the tip!
acy mailling did update about 1 week ago. I checked the settins now and saw that in the subscribtion "Allow non-logged in users" was set to NO! I changed it ti YES and now the registration is working fine again!

I would never been able to fix this problem without your hint!
