"Please complete your payment information" error

Hi, at the customers to remove the shipping cost from step one of the checkout, I turned the following seting to NO - Auto select default shipping and payment methods (it was YES). This had the desired effect of not showing Shipping just yet (it does on subsequent pages which is fine), but has a major issue in that now the checkout process cannot proceed to Paypal, it simply stops at step 3 and says "Please complete your payment information" as a browser error in a pop-up.

What have I missed here ? are there more setting to make in the PP plugin for address ?

It seems like the problem is coming from your "templates/rt_chapelco/css/rt_chapelco-custom.css" CSS file which is hiding the payment section through the checkout with this code :

display: none;
}
