Bug: client profile causes address to disappear

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.0 Business
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.14
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.27
-- Modifications in hikashop made prior to bug: edited layout for email and PDF invoice, made this correction to send email invoice instantly after placing order

How to recreate bug: place any item in cart, register as client, receive invoice in your email (address and all other information as it should be), than logut, log back in, place order - and address information is no more present in invoice/order backend.

Problem started right after enabling Hikashop frontend user profile, but disabling it doesn't solve it anymore.

You removed the address view from the checkout workflow. So users are not able to see their address, and the address is not being added to the orders except for the first order since you still have the lgoin step where the user has to enter it in order to login.

The solution is simple, add the address view back in your checkout workflow.
