Can't Checkout

Hi,
I have had this site running for over a year with hikashop and everything was working fine till about 2 weeks ago when customers started to get issues with the checkout and cart modules.

Although customers were reporting various problems about the site, so of which put down to customer error.
Mainly the issues all seem to revolve around the checkout and not being able to complete transactions, go through to paypal or adding items to the cart.

I have reinstalled Hikashop and tried various combunations of settings but the issues still remains as orders are being lost.

I have tried carring out test transactions on various machines, browers and connections and cant replicate any of the customers issues, yet emails are being sent daily saying custinmers cant complete at the checkout.

But some orders are going through fine which is very odd, as generally i would have thought it would either work for everyone or no-one.

Can you please suggest what maybe causing this?

Hi,
Can you give us more information about the error messages that your customers are having ? and can you give us a link to your website for testing purpose so that we can maybe understand from where the problem is really coming from ?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, here is the webiste link www.ancientpurity.com .

Regarding the error messages, some are having issues when clicng proceed to checkout i the module on the top LH side and others are have issues on the actual checkout page when tryng to connect to paypal.

I have tired several paypal accounts but same issues occurs.

As with most customer email / ffedback most we just get email saying the checkout does not wotk with very little infromation on what is not working. But we have tired to recplicate the issues without success.

Yes it seems like your "Proceed to checkout" button have a problem, can you test it with the "Force SSL on checkout" option ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout") set to NO.
