no download of the files & serial after checkout

i'm trying to build a simple software sale solution.

after paying via Paypal, the site goes back to my main site and i have a sentence:
Thank you for your purchase.
and that's all, no downloading link or email

I would like to create user accounts where they will be able to come back later and find again their serial, their files.

how do i do that?

I own Essential and Serial.

I think this part has been cleared out but how do i created account so that users can acces their order files after purshase. This would be easier for the user.

do i have to switch to Business?
