If that is ok and that the zone of the warehouse is removed it should definitely not display that warehouse not found error.

I apologize that I stopped responding to this post, but if this helps it seems to be resolved.

In my case, I am not really sure what I did to resolve it, but at some point the error that UPS could not understand the unit of measure of a product or that said product values were going out of parameters led me to review the products I had in the cart. Turned out one of them had their dimension in Meters rather than inches. Thus, I had a 1lb product that shipped in 5m x 5m x 5m box. That's a box almost the size of a small house. Once I fixed that, UPS started working fine.

I am positive that previously it didn't work and it wasn't the use of Lb and Meters that confused it. But among the many changes I made I must have hit the right one that left only the humongous box as the last problem to fix.

I'll be happy to post a screenshot of my UPS plugin later if you think it may help.
