Shipping Costs in View My Cart

In the view my cart module, is it possible to show the shipping charges?

Shipping is shown (auto loaded) in the later stages of the checkout, but I would also like it shown in the view my cart. How?

Hi,

As you say the shipping cost is auto loaded during the checkout. Normally the cart module is shown before the checkout on product pages/listings and thus the shipping cost is not known at that point and thus there is no display of the shipping costs on the module.
It would potentially be possible with some customization of the code to auto load the shipping in the cart and then some other customization of the code to display it in the cart module but it would require programming skills for that. It's not just two lines to add to a view file.
