Cart info prior to login (proceed to checkout)

Hi,
When users go to their cart, a shipping cost (based on shipping within the UK) shows. This is fine, but some of my overseas shoppers are a little confused, so I would like to be able to add a note at the side, telling them to log in or register for shipping to their address.

I have added a screenshot showing the area in the red box where I'd like to include the text and, circled, where the shipping charge is.

If I cannot add the text, how should I remove the shipping? My workflow is only showing cart / login / address for this section.

Hi,

You have to edit the view "checkout / cart" via the menu Display > Views and in that view you can add the desired text.
You can add something like

<?php echo JText::_('LOGIN_OR_REGISTER_FOR_SHIPPING_TO_ADDRESS'); ?>

LOGIN_OR_REGISTER_FOR_SHIPPING_TO_ADDRESS="You have to login or register in order to ship to your address"
