-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business: 2.2.1
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.14
-- PHP version -- : not sure
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox/Safari
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No Errors...yet!

I'm sure this is possible but I can't seem to find anything in the forum or FAQ's....

When a user registers I want to request shipping address info and have a check box for 'same as billing' that auto fills? Is this possible?
or how can they add shipping info when they checkout?

Hi,

If you uncheck this check box, you will be able to select a different shipping address and create a new one.
There is an option (currently hidden but will be accessible in the next release) to deactivate this checkbox.

A checkbox should be displayed under shipping address.
If you don't see this part, that's probably because you don't have the "shipping" step in the checkout workflow.

Hi

I don't have this checkbox too. The step "shipping" in checkout is in and I have defined 2 shipping methods but there is no checkbox.

But in general, isn't it much easier and more logical to set the addresstype in the usersettings?

Hi,

It's probably because the option "force shipping regardless of weight" of the configuration is turned off and that you didn't set a weight in your products.
