Admin email VAR:CUSTOMER_DETAILS missing

-- PHP version -- :5.3.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : all latesr versions Chrome-Firefox-Explorer
No errors

A new order In the Admin email is missing some client data.
Client: {VAR:CUSTOMER_DETAILS}
Ordernr: {VAR:VAR:ORDER_LINK}
Also the Geachte (salutation) is empty.
See the result in the atachment.

This is new in version -- : 2.2.2
Hope you can fix this.

When did you download HikaShop.
We made some "hot fixes" yesterday night with some modifications in the emails.

Hi,
It is better. One thing left:
The Ordernumber is not a number (C6S2) but the link to the admin-order.
See attachment.
This must be a <A HREF></A>
Then it is fine.
Look foreward when this is done.

Hi,

Right. I just fixed the package with a new variable: {VAR:ORDER_NUMBER}
So in the order template it is now:

<span style="color:#1c8faf !important;font-weight:bold;">{TXT:ORDER_NUMBER} :</span> <a href="{VAR:ORDER_LINK}">{VAR:ORDER_NUMBER}</a>

Upload is just finished. The new package is now available.

I don't have these two fields, the newest version of Hika.
What's wrong?
I tried {VAR:order.order_number} from other post but haven't checked if it works.
No idea about customer though... please help...

Hi,

This actual thread have more than a year ; it means that the code is working for more than one year and I don't see why you wouldn't have these fields unless you have an override for the "preload" part of the email.
Please check that you do not have an override for the preload and please provide more details about your current website and current status.
