after paymen no link to download

i have a problem, i have digital downloads, Files for download, after my user pays in checkout, it says:
Your order is now complete.
1 point have been deducted from your account
Thank you for your purchase.

but there is no download link so my user can downloat paid file

Hi,

Is the order really confirmed in the backend ?
Does your user check his emails to read the confirmation mail which contains the download links ?
Do you added a link to the user control panel and more precisely, to the download control panel ?

I need more help in this area too. I have to manually send products as I cannot figure this out on my own. Not all orders are defective this way only some. seems like all free downloads are handled fine. when mix of free and paid downloads where trouble exists?

Hi,

When it doesn't work, are the order confirmed ? Do you receive the order status notification email ? Do you get a link to the download in the email ? Could you do a screenshot of the email ? Could you also do a screenshot of the order details page on your website so that we can see what you have ?

Hi,

Paypal have some options to notify your server and confirm the order when the order is paid.
If you do not use it, or if you do not capture the money automatically, it will means that you will have to do such job manually.

I will recommend you to activate these features to have your orders automatically confirmed by paypal itself.
