Address form field order

Hello,

My current field order for a user checking out as a guest is:

Name
Address
Postcode
City
etc etc

I want to change that order to Address, City, State, Zip, or at least Address, City, Zip without trying to use an external jquery hack.

Is it possible for me to change the order using one of the "view" files or something else?
