Terms of Service Bug on checkout.

While using Internet Explorer During checkout on a hikashop installation the system will not let the customer proceed.

I have it structured that the customer enters there credit card using the credit card system provided by hikashop and below that they have to check off terms of service. When they have filled out the cc and check the TOS button hitting next will go nowhere. Instead it reports the card details as accepted and the TOS check box is empty. Checking it again and hitting next the system asks for the customer to accept the terms of service.

This is a dead end and the customer cannot checkout.

I have the system checkout as-
Login
Cart - Fields - Coupons
Address
Payment - Terms and Conditions.

Please advise on a fix.

Hi,
Can you give us more information about the issue that you are having through some screenshots for example ? are you facing any error message after clicking into the Next button ? does your products have weight/dimensions ?

No error messages. Just the error to accept the terms and conditions when it has been checked.
HikaShop Business: 2.2.1.

I can setup an admin if you would like and PM it.

Hi,

Please update to HikaShop 2.2.2, we have made some fixes for the checkout workflow and step validation.

HikaShop 2.2.2 is not yet in auto-update but will be soon. For the moment you have to download it manually thanks to the "your subscriptions" page (under "my account" menu).

Jerome,

The issues still exists. I cleared the browser cache, cleared the joomla cache. Users cannot complete checkout using Internet Explorer.
