Hello !
Why does not the address is displayed if the user is not logged in ? (whether it can not hide?)
and is it possible to change the order of the address, method of payment, coupon and payment on the same page?

Hi,

You have probably a wrong setting in Configuration > Checkout, thanks to check if you have the "address" step in the checkout workflow and the option registration enabled.

To order on the same page, you can drag and drop the elements in the same column in the configuration to change the order.
Or, disable the option "Advanced checkout workflow edition" and change the order of the words.
