Login and registration page

In the payment proces there is a nice registration lay-out in hika.
I'm trying to find the link of it.
Because I would like to ad it to my registration menu on top.
Can you tell me?

This layout is in the latest version of HikaShop (2.2.2)
If you don't have it, it's probably because you have an override of this view.

This morning I installed the latest version 2.2.2.
And when I look into the selecton for my menu I only see registration forms.
I would like to have the one with left Login and to the right the registration.

Or do I need to create something first (like a module)

Just checking if we both mean the same thing.
At the top of my website I have this extra menu where customers can login or register.
I would like to see that this form appears when they select this.
But I don't know how to find the link to this form.
