Vary Custom Fields on Checkout by Product Category

Hi Guys, Great Product!!

I have used Hikashop for several of my clients. It knocks Virtuemart for six.

One question. I have the business version and I wonder is it possible to add a custom field on checkout, only for some categories of product and not others.

That can be possible with some code edition in the view "checkout / custom_fields".
You have to add code to get the content of the cart, and depending on the content of the cart add a if condition to display or not the custom field.

Else you can maybe use a custom field on the table "item" and apply it only on some categories of product, but this will be displayed on the product page and not in the checkout.
