404 error on checkout

i was browsing my site, suddenly i received 404 error when i try to go to checkout page,

the page tells me:
If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below.

1. Can you download the last Hikashop version, install it, and try it again ?

2. Can you show me how screenshots of how did you configured your shipping methods ?

it worked, thanks, i just had to finish the dimensions of the product

but there is one more problem, now its giving error 'no shipping method found', i have enabled ups'

on more thing, now it is not letting me to finish as the shipping method is not found

Do you have a restriction in the ups configuration ?
Are you sure that the conditions required are present to display the UPS shipping method ?

For example if there is a min weight limit, does your products have a weight ?

1. Follow each step of the shipping method section of the FAQ

2. Set dimension for your product

3. Remove spaces from your UPS warhouse post code .
