show coupon only for spezific category

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.14
-- PHP version -- : 5.3

Is it possible to show coupon input field only for a spezific category during checkout ?
( once configured in Backend it is shown in the Frontend for every Product and every Category,
although in the Coupon-configuration i selected a spezific category )

Hi,

Yes you can.
By overriding the view "checkout | coupon" you can add some PHP code in order to detect the categories of the products in the cart and display or not the view content.
