URL when Cart Empty

I have a problem when the there are no items in the cart. If you click on the "checkout" button it says "the cart is empty (which is good) however the items it displays below don't make sense.

If you look at what is displayed when you click on "all products" compared to the products shown when clicking "checkout" (when empty) the checkout items are ordered totally differently.

I want to find a way to have it display the same as what is in "all products" if you click on checkout and the cart is empty.

You should probably use the "URL where you will be redirected when the cart is empty" option through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main".
