-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.sarahs-dolls.com
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.1
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.14
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.24
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

I'm having issues having orders being automatically confirmed as Paypal is not sending the information back to Hikashop. I've tried turning the debug on but just get the following when I try and access the log file:

Could not load any order for your notification

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/s/a/r/sarahsdolls/html/plugins/hikashop/userpoints/userpoints.php on line 437

Paypal IP's are blank and this is a live site so my client is having to manually confirm payments on "instantly downloadable products".

Thanks,
Tim

Hi,

Firstly, can you show me how did you configured your Paypal payment method ? Did you set the "Allow payment notifications from PayPal" option to YES ?
Also can you download the last Hikashop version of Hikashop, install it, and try it again ?

Yes, 'Allow payment notifications form paypal' is set to YES.
Updated to the latest version 2.2.2 Essential. Still exactly the same . No email goes to the customer. Just a 'order created' email sent to the shop email. Set Debug to ON as well, same thing, error.

I can give you access? Just email me...

Hi,

Thanks to post a screenshot of your paypal method configuration. (and hide your paypal email address).
To see which error cause the communication problem between HikaShop and Paypal you have to enable the debug mode in Paypal configuration, and then go in Configuration > Main > Files > Error log file > See the report to see if any errors are returned when using Paypal.

Have you read that documentation ?

As I said, I can't read the error log as it comes up with an error when I click on it:

Could not load any order for your notification

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/s/a/r/sarahsdolls/html/plugins/hikashop/userpoints/userpoints.php on line 437

It seems like the problem is coming from the "userpoint" plugin, can you un-publish it and test it again ?

Hi,

We still are waiting for the screenshot.
This plugin should not cancel the report log popup display, and if it's unpublished it should interfere with nothing.
Thanks to give us the corresponding lines for this error.

Hi,

For most I know, the plugin "userpoints" has been fixed in the latest build.
You can re-download HikaShop 2.2.2 to fix the problem.

If not, do not hesitate to tell me.

There are two plugins "userpoints" in HikaShop, one is a payment method and the other is a "classical" HikaShop plugins.
The first allow the users to use their points to pay, and the second allow users to gain points by buying products.
In your case, it is the second plugin which give you an error. If you want to disable it, you have to go in the Joomla extension manager to deactivate it from there.

Yeah I did upgrade to 2.2.2 since posting, it's made no difference. Also, both extensions are disabled.

Hi,

I don't really understand why you have still this error message displayed.
First of all thanks to refresh the IPs in the paypal configuration, and check if your email is a valid paypal email.
Enable too the debug mode to see the possible returned messages, and try again.

If the problem persist we will need a backend and ftp access to your website.
