Terms and Conditions modal not functioning

Hikacart n00b here - running screaming from VirtueMart after several years battling with it!

I've run into a spot of bother with the Terms and Conditions modal. Judging by the DOM, JS and CSS it looks like the Terms should appear in a modal but they don't. When you click on the "please accept" link an iframe appears below the main content, off to the left, partially obscured off screen. It looks like some of the CSS is being rendered but not all, and/or the javascript simply isn't firing. Is there a bug or am I missing something obvious?

Incidentally, the modal for the adding a new address process works just fine.

Hi Nicolas - thanks for the quick response.

I have just tried changing the pop display mode to "bootstrap" (and combined that with various combinations of the other surrounding options) with no joy.

However...I then tried setting it to "mootools" (its initial setting was "inherit", I think) and it now seems to be working just fine and as I'd like in a modal popup.

Not entirely sure why this should be but it's fixed so at the moment I don't care!
