All orders coming in in Test Mode

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.0
-- Joomla version -- : 2.514
-- PHP version -- :?
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 30.0.15
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : None

Site runs fine; customer ordered book and went through payment process but got TEST MODE ON.

Customer gets order created message, product will be delivered when payment received; no payment arrives in my account.

Checked Authorize.net, it's in LIVE MODE.

Checked debug toggle Joomla: set to NO.

Expecting signups for my program tomorrow and can't get system to process payment. Afraid to update Joomla & HikaShop to most current versions because my developer disappeared and I can't afford the site to go down or have problems - I don't have a reliable person to troubleshoot/support the upgrade processes.

Hi,

Please provide a screenshot of the configuration of your checkout workflow and your Authorize.net payment plugin (you can simply hide/remove the credentials for the screenshot).

Hi. I've got the screenshot of the checkout flow, attached below.

I found two plugins in the
Extensions > Plugin Manager

Hikashop Authorize.net Payment Plugin & Authorize.net (screen shots attached).

However, when I go to Components > HikaShop > Configuration > Plugins
neither one of these shows in the list of 30 available plugins. (screen shot also attached)

Could that be where the problem is?

Hi,

For the plugins, I was thinking more "HikaShop", like:
demo.hikashop.com/administrator/index.ph...&plugin_type=payment
and also :
demo.hikashop.com/administrator/index.ph...nt_edit&payment_id=3
(HikaShop > System > Payment methods)

There were none listed in the configuration > Payments section, only two shipping plugins, one enabled, one not.

I don't know what that means: change the parameters of your payment methods - I just looked through the documentation and your previous reply but can not find the payment plugin to enable for authorize.net. Looked on Joomla Extensions, same thing. I am using HikaShop business but don't see an area for downloading plugins.

I'll go look again, but if someone could help me out on a paid basis to get the cart working again (I don't know why it suddenly stopped after months of working fine) I would appreciate it. I am sorry but if you have a custom interface, it will be difficult to help you and I will suggest you to ask to the developer who modified the interface.
But the link I gave you should work for your website too.

If you replace "demo.hikashop.com" by your website, you should access to the payment method listing.
demo.hikashop.com/administrator/index.ph...&plugin_type=payment

Here the part of the url that you should copy/paste easily:
/administrator/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=plugins&plugin_type=payment

Hi, I loaded the link and it looks enabled and correct with the keys and secrets installed. screen shot attached. Unfortunately the original developer is completely out of the picture and unavailable.

You should turn on the allow payment notifications from %s option so that orders get confirmed automatically when payments are received. Also, make sure that the debug mode is turned off if you're on a live account.

Is it working now that you have the payment method setup ?

The payment method was already set up - when the link provided was loaded it came in pre-populated with the Authorize.net information.

I did change the allow notifications and - thank you so much for seeing that - the debug mode. I was looking in the Joomla system itself for the debug toggle.

We did get an order and a payment notification yesterday (attached), and hopefully these last two fixes will solve the problem.

Okay.

The test order message is now gone, and we've confirmed with Authorize.net that the orders are successfully completing on their end. (screen shot ordergoesthroughauthorize.jpg)
While there I also generated a new Transaction Key and entered it into the HikaShop credit card/authorize.net plugin.

However, the order is not coming into my computer as it normally does, and when I login to my site and go to Extensions > HikaShop > Orders, all orders placed since October 25 are showing as 'cancelled'. (screen shot hikashopordercancelled.jpg)

The customer's card was successfully charged (screenshot creditcardstatement.jpg), but the customer did not receive a confirmation of the order or the access to the product ordered.

We have a client awaiting our go-ahead that the ordering system works so he can make a payment and begin his training.

Firstly, can you :
- Put your debug mode option ON through your Authorize.net payment configuration page
- Test it again
- Show me your Payment log file through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main"
