Blank page after PayPal Pro payment process

-- url of the page with the problem -- : digitalguarddog.com/dd_dev
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.2. Essentials
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.14
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.x

Everything is fine until I click Finish, then the site redirects to a blank page (totally blank - no template) with the URL digitalguarddog.com/dd_dev/component/hik...ep/step-3?Itemid=129 . I found a similar question, but for Ideal Checkout – answered by Jerome here - www.hikashop.com/forum/3-bug-report/7579...ment-call.html#76522 – and suspect this is what’s happening. As instructed, I removed the return URL for a successful payment (yes we’ve confirmed the money makes it correctly to PayPal) under Configuration -> Payment Methods -> PayPal Pro so it isn’t that.

Any help would be appreciated as this is the final item I need to get fixed to get the site live.

Firstly, can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it, and test it again ? if it doesn't work, Can you :
- Put your debug mode option ON through your Paypal pro payment configuration page
- Test it again
- Show me your Payment log file through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main"

I already have 2.2.2 - even your upgrade page says that's the current one. Is there a newer one and, if so, where do I get it?

I turned on Debug. This is what I see on what was the blank page (I have replaced some items with <replacement text> for security):

Please do it again but with the debug mode and error reporting options of the joomla configuration page turned on.
If you get a completely blank page at the end of the checkout, it means that there is a fatal error somewhere. Turning on the debug mode and error reporting should allow your server to display an error message instead of a blank page.
If you still get a completely blank page, it means that your server doesn't allow for error display and you will have to look at your PHP error log for the fatal error.
Please report the error so that we can tell you what to do once your find it.

PS: each time you reply to a message on the forum, you go back at the top of the queue and have to wait again until we see it as we handle old messages first. So it goes against what you want. If you need a fast answer, please include the tag [urgent] in the subject of your message.
