Can I request users initials to confirm checkout?

I am new to HikaShop but I have been searching since yesterday. I want to know if there is a plugin available to request customers initials before the complete the checkout. The initials are to validate the purchase.

Yes you can request the initials. You have to create a custom field in the table "order" via the menu Display > Custom fields and set it as "required". The order custom fields are available in the business edition of HikaShop.

I have the business edition. I found what you have mentioned, but I can't seem to get that information right below or above the "terms & condition" bar on the checkout. I went to the Configuration Tab and I used the "field" bar. But nothing happens. What do I do to get it in a precise location?

You are talking about the configuration in the checkout, you have to create the custom field via the menu Display > Custom fields. And that should do the Job, don't forget to publish it, and display it on front end.
