No Download File ???!

Hi,

I sell downloadable files, but after customer make payment through paypal and after paypal divert back to the site download area, the files download area is empty; ie, the files to be downloaded are not there. Which part could I have missed out in the configuration?

It's okay. I found out the reason. I hadn't defined the payment order status. You can close this topic.

Note that your order status will also have to be set to "confirmed"/"shipped"/..
