Change "Shipping £ 0.00" to Free

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if Hikashop can do this, no worries if not.

We're currently offering free delivery in the UK, so I've created a Shipping Method with no price so when the customer gets to the checkout page it says "Shipping £ 0.00" which is fine. However I was wondering is it complicated to just say Free instead of £ 0.00?

Hi,

In the shipping listing in the checkout already display "free" when a shipping methods is "£ 0.00".
So, where exactly do you want to display this "free" ?

I am sure that it is possible to override an HikaShop view (but we have to know which one) to change the way that the shipping price is displayed when it is free.

Hi Jerome,

I was thinking of putting it where I've put a box around the 0.00. Just thought saying FREE or 'Included' might look better then 0.00

Hi,

So you have to override the view "checkout | cart".
It requires some php knowledge in order to make the modification.
I am quite sure that some other threads in the forum already talk about the modification of the shippings in the "checkout | cart" view.
