Refreshless Checkout Page - Ajax?

Hi Guys,

I cant find a record of this anywhere and it seems like a nice feature to have. I have a site: gorgeouskids.co.za and I have a checkout - here we offer a few different shipping options. I'd like it so that if someone toggles between them or even chages purchases/ updates stock/ amounts to buy that the totals auto update without needing a page load... is this possible?

The checkout page is refreshing to update the page for various reasons. To do what you want, I think that you'll have to use a lot of code customization, so some development skills will be required.
