Checkout steps

I have "Login" in step 1.

However, when you are logged in this step 1 is empty (no form visible)

Is there a way to skip this first step if you are already logged in?

Can your give us your HikaShop version number please ?
I know that there is a patch in the latest version for this kind of situation.

Can you please provide a screenshot of your checkout workflow ?
Do you have some view override for the "checkout" ?
Can you send us a link to your store so we can take a look ?

Hi,

Actually with you current checkout configuration, you should have the "Shipping" "Status" and "Fields" displayed on the first step.
Even if we are not logged in, it's not displayed.

So I think that there is another problem. Can you try to change one step in the checkout, then save and see if these steps are appearing ?

If you look at my screenshot - shipping/status/fields are there no? Below "Login" on first column of Checkout Workflow setting.

Hi,

Your first screen is probably empty because :
- You don't have any payment method selected
- You are selling virtual products, so you don't need to select any shipping method
- You don't have any "fields" to display

The best solution will probably be to regroup the "checkout actions" of your checkout workflow in ONE step through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout".
