After costumer address and accept, then external url to billing portal, then the mail from the hikashop module, is all ready sent.!
And so if the costumer is reject the billing/transaction, the costumer have the mail within the information about the file to download.
How do I do the trick, to send and mail _after_ the transaction is successful ?
