Address Information Pop Up display on mobile

I have bootstrap design turned on as my template is responsive. The 'Address Information' pop up is set at 450px width, and although I understand that I can ammend this fixed width, I'd really like the width of the pop up to be responsive and display in full (instead of being cut off) on mobiles (e.g. iphone portrait orientation). Is this possible?
