122 Authentication Failed

-- url of the page with the problem -- : mywebsite.com/mypage
-- HikaShop version -- : x.x.x
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5
-- PHP version -- : x.x.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 122 Authentication Failed

I am in TEST mode so I don't want to give the website.

Anyway....I got through the error about my merchantID and password were invalid. Yeah!
Now I have this error after plugging in my credit card: 122 Authentication Failed

I cannot find this in any documentation to tell me what the problem is. Can you help?

Hi,

Can you explain the problem with some information ?
Like giving the payment plugin you are using, for example.

Most of time, when you are in "test" mode, you have to use "test cards".
We generally use the card 4111 1111 1111 1111 but this card does not work with every payment gateways. That's why having some useful information about your environment can be very helpful, to help you.

I'm using the Authorize.net plugin

It won't allow me even to the place to include my credit card number. Here's some screenshots

I successfully get to this point



Then I click the FINISH button and get this error message:

Hash mismatch

It's probably that you have a javascript error on your website which prevents HikaShop from displaying the credit card form.
Please open your browser's javascript error console on that page and you should see the error message telling you what's going on.

I'm learning a LOT. Thank you

I was able to open the console on my Google Chrome browser...but it's blank?

Is there some way I can give you my website to look at? It's not live by any means...I'm using this test site to set up Hikashop and play around. How can I let you know privately the site?

If yes, sharing your solution could help other users :)

If not, thanks to update HikaShop, and if it still don't solve the issue, you can probably edit the plugin in order to always display the credit card form.

Yes....it's solved.

I was using the wrong info in my payment info section....

Customers needed to move out of my website into my payment system....so they didn't NEED to see a place to put the credit card number.
