Hi, I've installed and tested Hikashop and found it very stable and working well. The only issue I can't work out is when I run thru a test purchase, add some items to the cart, then proceed to checkout, then enter new user details and click 'Finish' to proceed to paypal, a new page shows up saying 'Thank you for your purchase.' rather than 'Redirecting you to Paypal.'

The cart empties, and the purchase is lost. I can then (as a logged in new user) add the same items to the cart and when click Finish it proceeds as expected to paypal. This means all new users would have to enter their orders twice. Also, the first lost order is captured in the orders list - so it would appear to be a double order.

Have searched the forums and doco for this without any luck, would really appreciate some help thanks!

Hi,

It looks like an issue with the way you configured the options of your checkout in the configuration of HikaShop.
Could you provide a screenshot of these options ?

You should add back the "payment" view of the checkout workflow if you want the payment system to work properly.
If you want to hide the payment selection, simply add a line of CSS to hide it:
#hikashop_payment_methods{ display :none; }

Hi, adding back the Payment view has solved the problem. Thanks!
