Email with Order confirmation logo swap

Hi.

I'm looking to replace the basic icon that is on the emails when sending out the order confirmation with the logo of the company. I've go to media/com_hikashop/images/icons and replaced icon-48-order.png with the logo I want with the same name however emails are still sending out with the icon before it.

How can I change this?

What you did should have done the job, but note that the solution can be to directly edit your Order status notification through "Hikashop->System->Emails" and directly change the line :

<img src="{VAR:LIVE_SITE}/media/com_hikashop/images/icons/icon-48-order.png" border="0" alt="" style="float:left;margin-right:4px;"/>

Is there anywhere else where the image icon-48-order or other order icons are?

There are probably different sizes for this specific icon.
Make sure you changed all of them (icon-16-order for example).

Thanks for this. I can't see any other icon-#-order anywhere within the same folder as icon-48-order.

It's rather confusing and we want to go live with the current Hikashop we have before looking into the business one, but we can't really go live if emails aren't sending our logo.

How about the mail itself? Did you checked the code of the one you received to see what was the image loaded and if you could change it? You should be able to sport the name and the path to this image.

I have checked the source code of the mail (using thunderbird) and it gives the following path:

This is the image which I've replaced.

Did you try on another computer/browser? Maybe it's simply related to the browser cache.
