no radiobuttons, black window ...

hi there,

first of all thank u for this great component and hello to everybody from spain.

my issue is that i have no radiobuttons on the checkout.
another thing is, that the windows that appears if u want to change the shipping adress, has a black background. all the other popups i use are fine. same happens with the "terms and conditions window".

i use the tachyon-template from rockettheme and i´m not the big coder.

the shop is not online yet, will send the login details by pm if necessary.

Hi,

Please deactivate the option "use bootstrap design". Your template is not compatible with Bootstrap so you will have some display trouble.

For your popup, your template put a "black" background when the parameter "tmpl=component" is added. This parameter indicate that we are in a popup and the template can use at this moment different CSS rules (to manage the display of the content in a popup).

and if i change the bootstrap option, my layout in my category/product layout is different ...

Hi,

You'll have to chyange your template if you want to enjoy the bootstrap design without issues. It's not a Hikashop relted problem.
About the second question, you have to add some css rules to override your template behavior which create this black window. Read again what Jerome said and take a look at our documentation for more information: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ize-the-display.html
