Just pay over phone

my client just want to be able to generate an order with a reference number using Hikashop. they they get the client to pay over the phone after they work out the delivery cost... working out the delivery seems impossible as there soooo many types of sizes and weights to the items for sale.... motorfactors site

so i then used the bank transfer payment plugin and altered it a bit as well as setting a flat fee of £5 for delivery for all orders.

at present i cannot get the checkout to display the address for the client to fill out for delivery!
it is saying registration not allowed

we Don't want members to the site

Can you give me more informations about how you want your customers to pay their orders, and about how you configured your checkout workflow ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout") through some screenshots ?

yes i want the customer to simply ring their order in and quote a ref number generated by the order on the site.

my client then wants to be able to add his postage to the order himself. and take the payment over the phone
