I am using Business 2.3.0,

Is there a way to have a comment box for customer during checkout?

It would be nice for the customer to be able to leave a special note for the product.

Hi Charles,

The answer is quite close to what I suggest in your other thread: www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/86...-section.html#144333
Just make sure you enable the "display on front-end" option so the users will be able to see and complete it during the order.

is there a way to add it via override?
I opened components\com_hikashop\views\order\tmpl
and there "show.php", but I'm scared I could do mistakes!

Hi,

The "order custom field" is a feature provided by HikaShop Business.
Thanks to that you can create a "note" and let the user enter his message during the checkout.
You can test HikaShop business thanks to our demo website.
