How to change var: address in email ?

I have add 2 fields to the address in my cart: houseno and middle_name. I have set this custom fields in the address_template and I see them in the cart. But not in the ORDER_STATUS_NOTIFICATION_SUBJECT email that is send to my customers.
When I look in the HTML version from the email I see this fields
<td>{VAR:BILLING_ADDRESS}</td>
<td>{VAR:SHIPPING_ADDRESS}</td>
How can I put the houseno and middlen_name in this field (on the right place because houseno is after the street).
