New order register form AND cart on same page???

I'm testing when a customer adds an item to the cart.

Once they do, they are taken to the page to register and give their address info.

BUT....on the SAME PAGE at the bottom is the cart showing!!! This is a bit confusing...

So, I go ahead and put in the dummy customer info...and click REGISTER...

Therefore, the customer cannot complete the order until they are verified, etc.

My problem is that the PAYMENT portion of the cart is visible to that customer before they have registered and they might go ahead and try to complete the payment portion before registering BECAUSE they are both being seen at the initial order stage.
