Checkout User Error/Info Box Size

Hi, Newbie to Hikashop and love up!

Firstly, I have a problem with the user error/info message displayed to the customer. The error displays fine but the size of the box the error message is displayed in is huge, see attachment. Is there any way i can fix this?

Secondly, I want to upgrade to the business version, will i lose any of my shop data (products etc..) after the upgrade?

Hi,

This notice message is a "joomla message", it uses the Joomla messaging system to display notices or error messages.
The display/design is managed by your template, you should see the CSS of your template in order to fix the issue.

HikaShop upgrades are like updates.
You won't loose any of your configuration/products/orders/overrides.
We use an override system for CSS/views which allow you to have your own files which won't be replaced during the update.
