Custom Fields Go Blank & No Progress Since Update!

-- HikaShop version -- : Business Latest
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.9
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.26
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : ALL
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

In cart, see order, see pre-selected shipping and payment method. I fill in custom fields for shipping address and click to go to next step, all fields empty, page very quickly says I need to enter fields and page goes nowhere! Any idea why fields are clearing and taking menowhere?
