Missing "confirm"

Hi

In your docs for Checkout Workflow there in no box for "confirm" in the upper part of the screen shot (drag and drop interface).

In the description below the screen shot is this:

"So the default workflow, which is "login_address_shipping_payment_confirm_coupon_cart_status_fields,end"

1. How to get the "confirm" in the drag and drop interface?"

2. Also will this workflow work? -->

"login_coupon_terms_address_fields_confirm_payment,end"

Notice no "cart" (shopping cart is my biggest headache because I do not want one)
