Hi,
When the custom do the checkout, the field "last name" is not in the form. After the checkout, the custom is registered in a moodle course, but hi can't access to the course because this field doesn't exist.
How can I add a new field with the custom's last name?

Thanks in advance.
Leonora.

Hello Leonora,
Your problem is probably coming from the fact that your "address_lastname" custom field isn't published through the front-end, so the solution will just be to publish it through "Hikashop->Display->Custom fields".

Thanks Mohamed, but I need add a field to the user's authentification. I don't need other address field because my products are online courses.

Can I add a custom field with the starter version?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, the custom fields that can I add are only address fields on the checkout. According the documentation, topic "Description":

With the user custom fields (both essential and business edition only), you will be able to personalize the information you can gather from your customers when they register while on the checkout process. For example, if you want to know their birthday, you can add a custom field for that...

I need add a last-name field for the user on the checkout when the user is registering.
Is that possible with the starter edition?
Regards.

Hi,

For the user custom fields, you need at least the essential edition of HikaShop.

You can maybe add an address field for this information about your customer, address custom fields are available in the starter edition. But the best solution stay to use a user custom field.
