Registration & Email Already In Use

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.0
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.19
-- PHP version -- : ?
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox 27.0.1
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

My client would like people to be able to register - but not go through the email confirmation process. Can this be done?
In the mean time we turned it to NO registration and No login because whenever my client went to test it - she got the error message: Email already in use. What are your suggestions?

Hi,

The confirmation email is a Joomla option, not an HikaShop one.
Please configure the Joomla user registration options.

For the guest checkout in HikaShop, it is not possible to do a guest checkout with an email of an already register user (because he can login with his existing account and not do it as guest user).
You have to use email which are not already used by your existing users.
