Cash on delivery - how to set up?

Hi,
I need to set up a cash on delivery payment option.
This mean a customer choose payment option cash on delivery which is a DHL payment/delivery option. If a customer shoose this method he automatically choose DHL as forwarder and pay for the products when they arrive, there is also a fee for this service depending on the wieght of the shipment.
How do I set this up?
I didn't find any Cash on delivery options in the Payment options setup in backend....
So any suggestion is most appreciated.

Well after some brain shrinking and testing it wasn't too hard to solve
I entered the COD option as a payment option using the HikaShop collect on delivery payment plugin.
Then you're able to filter it so it only accepts DHL as forwarder and even what kind of DHL option you want.
Then when a customer comes to the checkout he can choose shipment method and if he picks DHL the COD option comes up if he don't choose DHL he wont get any COD option at all.
I like it and it works fine
