Hello,

Now a bit of a strange one, I have only just noticed but the tax is incorrect for some countries. I don't understand why.

What I have done, I have all the countries within the EU (European union) listed in the zones as "Europe" with this zone having the Tax code set at 20%. Now when I do a test of Germany it lists it as tax at 10%, Iceland it lists as no vat. The UK it lists as 20%.

I have the main tax region within the configuration set as zone "Europe"
I don't understand.

If you can help I would be very grateful.

Yours
Iain

Hi,

We would need more precise information on your setup in order to help you.
Could you provide a screenshot of your tax rules ?

Hi,

Thanks to check if there is no countries not desired in your Non EU zone, and that all the desired countries are present in the Europe zone.

Hello

That is the case, only the countries which are in the EU are within the EU zone.

I am not sure where the 10% tax rate comes for some countries, such as Ireland, Iceland has no tax at all.

It is all very confusing.

Hello,

Yeah all fixed. My issue was that I didn't need a Non EU zone, because by default anything not in a zone is classified as zero rated.

Cheers
