checkout process does not complete

Hi,
The check out process does not complete giving me the message CREATE OR SELECT ADDRESS.
All other messages such as Please choose Payment method etc, appear in a pop up except this one that is a red letter text
Please note that I have completed Address, State etc
I Have tried with all those fields as Not required and I still have the same problem.
Here is my configuration :
checkout work flow = login_address_shipping_payment_coupon_cart_status_fields_confirm,end
Display method for registration = All in one page - Guest

Any advise ? (you still have back end access to my site)

Are you using the address form submit button when you're adding a new address or are you directly using the "complete order" button before submitting your new address ?

I use the button that appears at the very end of the form
Please note that as the site is under contrsuction my name is allready shown at the form. The adress is then empty, I fill it and I have the problem that I described

So can you add you new address, submit your address by using that button :

That worked !! but it is not that obvious for the visitors. I must add some instructions or use a rollover image to show that one must to press the tick button

Note that you can also use the "Address selector" option through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
