-- HikaShop version -- : Starter 2.3.0

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1 SQL=SELECT zone_id, zone_code_2 FROM cw3tq_hikashop_zone WHERE zone_id IN (-)

I Bought a template from joomlabamboo.com, got Hikashop along with it. Am trying to setup the shop and when I hit the Checkout button, it creates a problem. For payment options, I have dummy data right now.

Let me know if I am doing something wrong.

Expecting quick response, thanks.

Can you please provide a screenshot of your checkout workflow ?

Here is the required info.

But I doubt if this is due to checkout flow.

Hi,

This error comes from the configuration of your shipping methods. There must be one of them with a dash in an option which is not valid. Please check them out via the menu System>Shipping methods.
