Extra items added to email receipt after 2.2.3

I am experiencing an issue with all my order email receipts showing additional products and incorrect pricing. The shopping cart is displaying correctly during checkout, however the order receipt is adding a bunch of weird items and pricing. This happened after the update to 2.2.3. My client is just now bringing this to my attention (4 months later).

I have tried re-installing the 2.2.3 update with no luck.
I have attached a screen cap of the order from the shopping cart as well as what is being shown on the email receipt to the customer. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any easy fix?

Firstly can you download through our website the last Hikashop version (2.3.0), install it, and test it again ?

I cannot as the subscription ended shortly after the release of 2.2.3.
